Founded by Pathfinders Unite Consulting LLC, BuildHer Circle was built to provide real guidance, real support, and real transformation for women ready to create new opportunities for themselves and their families.

We understand that many women already have transferable skills from backgrounds in administration, healthcare, education, customer service, operations, and leadership. Our mission is to help women reposition those skills strategically into high-paying construction office roles and business opportunities.

Through personalized coaching, career guidance, workforce development, workshops, mentorship, and hands-on support, we help women gain clarity, confidence, and direction while building sustainable futures.
